Our Chicken Recipe, originated from the Oregon Chicken Broilers/Growers Assoc.
We started BBQ'ing chickens in the Bethel School District of Eugene Oregon, a long long time ago.
Back in the late 1950's, our club had it's first meeting it has been in helping people in Eugene with sight and hearing difficulties for 55 years,
